Scott Brown serves as President of Pinnacle Associates, Ltd. Prior to assuming this position, Scott held several roles at the firm, including Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Pinnacle Associates, Scott served as Director, Adviser Services, at the regulatory and securities consulting firm, Market Counsel, and as Managing Counsel at its affiliated law firm. Prior to that, Scott worked as an attorney at Cole Schotz, P.C. Scott is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
